Evelyn Gordon was born as a result of the broken hiring landscape in the TIC industry. Current agencies are monetarily focussed, less concerned with creating & maintaining strong relationships in the industry, leading to a poor service. In turn, candidates are misled and ignored, and clients are often left wondering why the calibre of candidates are so low and why the process has taken twice as long as the recruiter originally promised them.

Dan started in Executive Search recruitment within the TIC industry as soon as he left University, where he worked within a couple of the most well known firms globally. However, there was a gap in the market for a dedicated search firm in this space. Since identifying this, Dan incorporated Evelyn Gordon Ltd, focusing purely on hiring top talent into mission-critical positions within the TIC space.
